The Leader of FitPack

John Gleich grew up in Pittsburgh, PA then moved to South Carolina to attend Clemson University and acquire his BS degree in Graphic Communications. He then accepted a position with a Marketing agency in St. Louis, MO and has lived there since 2001.

While his professional life has always been in the packaging world, the last 15 years of his personal life have been filled with CrossFit. Since 2008 he has spent countless hours reading, watching, coaching, training, competing and learning as much as possible about the movement and the methodology.

He reached the point in his life where he chose uncomfortable change – it was time to combine his professional experience with his passion. His "second half" will be spent building his dream business – FitPack.
